Based in Tallahassee, Florida, Mr. Murray has more than 20 years of legal experience in appellate, administrative, and criminal law. He founded the Law Offices of Mark V. Murray in 2009, after serving for 10 years as a career staff attorney with the First District Court of Appeal. The bulk of his practice is dedicated to representing private post-secondary educational institutions in the State of Florida, specializing in assisting schools with compliance issues before the Florida Commission for Independent Education and the Florida Board of Nursing.
Mr. Murray is also a registered lobbyist, providing government relations and advocacy for his clients with Florida's legislative and executive branches, and is an experienced trial and appellate attorney, handling administrative proceedings and actions in state and federal court.
